Yummy Baby Goodness … Meet 8 week old Baby Hunter. This sweet little guy decided to make his grand entrance 6 weeks early, just before Christmas.  Lucky for me, he was quiet the little snuggle bunny.

Big Brother Ryan enjoyed his super long nap during Hunter’s session and was run and play.  I have to admit this little guy had me sweating, he was so incredibly FAST especially for a one and a half year old.  He paused just long enough for me to snap a shot of those baby blue eyes that will make your heart melt.

Oh My Goodness … Big Sister Hannah is going to be a star!  She is so incredibly sweet and full of energy.  We laughed and giggled while she told me all about her day at school.  She even had several suggestions on how she wanted to pose and where we should shoot at … it was too much fun!

It feels good to be back!!  If you’re new to April Smiles Photography you are probably wondering just where have I been?  Well my friends, I put “the business” aside for several months to focus on what is most important in my life … my FAMILY, and my precious little family grew from 3 to 4!  Little Miss Autumn Elizabeth arrived on August 9, 2012 at 9:05am and of course, it was love at first sight.

And in the blink of an eye,  my teeny-tiny baby is now a babbling, laughing 6 month old who loves nothing more than to play with her brother. As much as I’ve loved spending these months cuddling with my babies, devoting everything to them … I have missed photography.  I’ve missed meeting the most fascinating people.  I’ve missed the excitement of planning a session.  I’ve even missed the butterflies I get before every session.  I’ve missed it all.  Sooooo, I’ve spent the last several weeks re-branding, re-designing, researching, brainstorming and planning and I’m OVER THE MOON EXCITED for 2013 and what I will be offering to my CLIENTS … BOY, it feels Good To Be BACK!
